  Student Alert:  Blackboard has experienced authentication issues 1/14/2011. Students are able to successfully get into Blackboard by logging into Connections.fscj.edu and clicking the Blackboard link. This issue was resolved at 4pm 1/14/12.
  
• Student Log In Help (Wednesday, December 28, 2011)
  
  1. You will not have access to your course(s) in Blackboard unless you have paid for your course(s).
  
  2. If you have just paid for your online course today, it may take up to 12 hours before you are able to access it in Blackboard.

  
  3. If it has been more than 12 hours since submitting your payment and you are still unable to access your course in Blackboard, please visit the "My Classes" tab in your Connections account to ensure that you are still registered for the course.
  
  4. If are unable to access your course but have access to Blackboard and have gone through the steps above,  you may need to wait for your instructor to make the course available to students. Please allow 24 hours after the start of the term for your course to be made available. If it has been more than 24 hours and you still do not see your course, please contact your instructor or Blackboard Support at 904-632-3151
